George Trip
It was a sunny Thursday morning and me, Antonio, Jayaiah and Manaia were driving to the George. When we arrived we grabbed our bags and went down to the river, we started skimming rocks and throwing them into the water. After a while Lucas and Noah started rolling a huge rock onto the metal bridge. Then we started our first activity.Fire Making
Our first activity was collecting dry wood to start a fire, all the wood was wet so we got some crunchy brown ferns and used them, we the fire started we all quickly ran off to find a stick to roast our marshmallows on, when we were finished with the marshmallows we moved on to raft buildingRaft Making
For raft making me Lucas and Riley got two big sticks and raided the toilets for toilet paper and wrapped it together, we stuck some yellow dandelions onto it and when the time was up Riley through it into the river. We ended up coming third even though me and Lucas were throwing rocks and the opposing teams rafts.
Hut Building
For hut building we were given two tarps that we tied to two trees to make a half tent then we stole a mattress from the cabin and put a tarp on the floor to make a comfortable floor. We still had time when we finished so we wanted to make a campfire out of rocks but the other team had the same idea so there was a war about who got the rocks, in the end we both made the campfires. But our team ending up winning
